Findavi · Insurance readiness

Your renewal has a deadline. Your evidence shouldn’t be a last-minute scramble.

Give your broker or insurer a record of the work completed and the risks still open.

Find the gaps

See what’s in scope and where exposure still exists across your environment.

Check the result

Findavi checks the fix and the service separately. Anything unfinished stays visible.

Bring the evidence

Build a clear record of what changed, what was verified and what still needs attention.

Before you answer “yes,” know what evidence supports it.

  1. Identify

    Review the agreed environment

  2. Authorize

    Define and approve the action

  3. Verify

    Check security and service

  4. Report

    Record results and open items

Your broker sees the findings, the finished work and the open items in one place.

The deliverable

A record of the findings and the work completed.

We agree the sites, the evidence and the reporting schedule up front. Add a quarterly review if you need one.

You can show the risks you know about, the work you’ve completed, and the plan for what remains. Keep the evidence with each result so your broker can review it.

Executive risk summary

Exposure by site, device class and business importance, with priority decisions called out.

Progress since the last review

New findings, completed actions, verified results and risks that remain open.

Evidence behind each action

What was found, what was authorized, what changed and which checks were performed.

Operational impact

Security and service results shown separately, including incomplete or failed checks.

Owners and exceptions

Who is responsible, what was deferred and where a decision is still needed.

The next action plan

Follow-up work, agreed priorities, responsible teams and target dates.

The Findavi difference

Address the exposure. Check that the operation still works.

A security change that interrupts a camera feed or building system leaves a different problem behind. Findavi keeps the security check and the defined service check separate.

Before you start

Questions about insurance readiness.

Will this lower our insurance premium?

We can’t promise a lower premium; your insurer makes that decision. We give you clear evidence of device risks, completed work, and open items so you can explain your progress and answer questions in the renewal conversation.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

Your renewal date, the sites and device types you want to review, the teams responsible for them and any evidence requests from your broker or insurer. Do not send credentials or sensitive network details through the inquiry form.

Does an assessment authorize changes to our devices?

No. Access, supported devices and assessment deliverables are agreed before work begins. Device changes require separate authorization within the agreed policies and scope.

Does this replace an insurer’s questionnaire or inspection?

No. It sits next to them. When the questionnaire asks for proof, your team has the record to point to.

Can we review progress each quarter?

Yes. We set the quarterly schedule and the records to update when we start.
